Hemorrhoids are usually caused by increased pressure on the veins in the pelvic and rectal area. As pressure increases, blood pools in veins and causes them to swell. Eventually, the swollen veins stretch the surrounding tissue, and hemorrhoids develop. Reports suggest that 50 percent of the U.S. population - both men and women - have hemorrhoids by age 50.

These are the starting symptoms of hemorrhoids;
1. bleeding when you have a bowel movement – you may see blood on toilet paper or drips in the toilet or on your faeces.
2. a lump in or around your anus.
3. a slimy discharge of mucus from your anus, or leaking faeces.
4. a feeling that your bowels haven’t emptied completely.
5. itchy or sore skin around your anus.
6. pain and discomfort after a bowel movement (if you have external piles).

Now am going to write about the six ways which can help you to cure hemorrhoids permanently naturally. No medicine or surgery is required.
Way 1:
Apple Cider Vinegar – Using apple cider vinegar is one of the most popular natural treatments for hemorrhoids. Simply soak a cotton ball or some toilet paper with ACV and apply it to the hemorrhoid area. Repeat this process until the inflammation disappears and symptoms resolve.
Way 2:
Coconut Oil – Apply coconut oil directly to hemorrhoids, rinse and repeat. In addition to symptoms subsiding, the hemorrhoids should disappear over the course of just a few days.
Way 3:
Squat, Don’t Sit – This is actually heavily important and very overlooked. Conventional toilets are highly unnatural, and may be one reason hemorrhoids are rarely seen in less developed countries, where squatting is done when going to the bathroom. Sitting down to pass a bowel movement puts tremendous strain on the rectum while squatting straightens the rectum and relaxes the puborectalis muscle.
Way 4:
Aloe Vera – As with the above treatments, simply apply aloe vera to the affected area to relieve symptoms.
Way 5:
Witch Hazel – An astringent and healing tree, witch hazel is one of the oldest known natural remedies for hemorrhoids. Just soak a pad or cotton ball with witch hazel and apply it to the area.
Way 6:
Rutin – A health-promoting compound found in numerous plants such as buckwheat, oranges, grapefruit, lemon, cranberries, and asparagus (to name a few), rutin is another home remedy often used for hemorrhoids. Buying it in supplement form may be the best option.
If natural home remedies for hemorrhoids (see below) don’t improve constipation, you can help lessen pressure and straining with bowel movements by taking an over-the-counter stool softener such as docusate sodium (Colace).
An effective natural symptomatic hemorrhoids treatment often recommended in conventional settings is the sitz bath: sit in a bathtub with enough warm water to cover the anal area for fifteen minutes several times a day. Application of warm compresses for 10 minutes at a time throughout the day can also offer similar relief. Local heat increases blood flow to the area, promoting healing.
